Pursuit Brittanys continues to strive to produce high quality all-age field trial dogs that look good, look good at the job, and can get the job done! Whether for competition, hunting, or being someone's pal, our dogs continue to satisfy their owners.

1 white & orange male, 1 liver & white male , 1 white & orange female available out of DC/Can DC Kinwashkly Dirty Ned Pepper x Phoenix's Lil' Lucy. Pups were whelped June 24, 2014.

DC/Can DC Kinwashkly Dirty Ned Pepper (Ned) is a fine representation from one of the best known Canadian Brittany kennels - Kinwashkly. Leslie and Rick Andreas continue have produced many Dual Champions, Champions, and Field Champion Brittanys since the mid-1980s.

Ned's story is well known. Currently, he is the only living DC and Canadian DC. Ned has also had three (3) successive placements (2011, 2012 and 2013) in the American Brittany Club's National Open All Age Championship. He is an outstanding 1-hour dog with numerous hour wins to his credit.

The puppies' dam, Phoenix's Li'l Lucy is a big running young girl and only lacks a Brittany major to finish. She will be back in the field this fall to try and capture that elusive major. She is the granddaughter of NFC FC AFC Beans Blaze HOF and FC AFC Shady's Chik-N-Little HOF. Lucy has produced numerous juvenile placing pups from her two previous litters (the oldest litter is 2 1/2 years old). All puppies are very nicely marked. The litter is futurity nominated, AKC registered and AF registration in process.

Puppies from this mating are going to be good natured, active and possess great potential in the field, the home or the ring. We expect this litter to have "National-potential" should the opportunity arise. Each puppy will arrive at its new home registered with the AKC and American Field under the Pursuit kennel name, unless prior arrangements are made. Click for pedigree

Planned Breeding:

Piney Run Kennel has been breeding high class hunting and field trial dogs for many years. Martha Greenlee has graciously allowed Pursuit Brittanys to breed their young star, FC Pursuit's Flashy Chick (Bonnie) to NAFC FC AFC Piney Run Sam (Sam). The frozen semen breeding is planned for later this summer. Bonnie is due to come in season at any time. Sam is the grandsire of Bonnie and the sire of AF Ch NFC NAFC FC AFC Just Call Me Roy HOF (Roy). Roy is also the sire of Bonnie. This breeding a a very tight linebreeding that will concentrate several important bloodlines. The most prominent bloodline in this breeding will be the NFC FC AFC Beans Blaze HOF and DC Scipio's Little Chick HOF bloodline, parents of numerous DCs and FCs. The Blaze/Chick bloodline is recognized as one of the premier bloodlines from the 80s and 90s and continues to contribute to high class Brittanys today, both in the show and field venues. Bonnie's dam, DC BBB's Flashy Rose JH is a granddaughter of NFC FC AFC Beans Blaze HOF and DC Scipio's Little Chick HOF.

Bonnie finished her FC as a 3-year old and is an All-Age competitor. Most of her FC points were won in all-breed stakes. Bonnie has run in many types of field venues from Montana to New Jersey and Georgia to Wisconsin. She has qualified for the ABC National Open All-Age Championship and the National Gundog Championship. This will be Bonnie's first litter. She is a very sweet girl and wants nothing more than to please. Bonnie will return to competition this fall.

Puppies from this mating are expected to be level-headed, and highly competitive for the field trialer. They should have solid potential to be "National-quality" Brittanys. The litter will be futurity nominated, and AKC and AF registered, They will arrive at their new homes registered with the AKC and American Field under the kennel name Pursuit, unless prior arrangements are made. Click for pedigree
